Our memories of 9-11-01 are best described by our interpretation of the famous photograph depicting those brave firemen raising our American flag. The interpretation is printed on 14 count Zweigart monocanvas. The background is sponged in a unique way to give the illusion of the crumbled buildings. The focal point of this canvas is, of course, the American Flag. The picture is mounted over silver lame' allowing a little glimmer of silver to show through the painted background. The model is stitched using only three stitches and Silk 'N Ivory thread. A stitch guide is available. |
